Alberni-Clayoquot
Council proclaimed the Challenge and endorsed a resolution to publicize it.
Ashcroft
Announced its communities participation with the Challenge in a public news release, registered for the challenge on the 10 by 10 website and has begun forming an exclusive 10 by 10 committee.
Central Okanagan
Will be working with the South East chapter of the Human Resource Association to promote the 10 by 10 Challenge to employers within the whole Okanagan Valley.
Creston
Accepted the Challenge, signed the proclamation and sent out a news release.
Duncan
Passed the 10 by 10 resolution and signed the proclamation.
Invermere
Accepted the Challenge and sent out a news release.
Lake Country
Is working to incorporate the 10 by 10 Challenge in the upcoming job fair organized by the Access and Mobility committee.
Powell River
Announced its communities participation at UBCM, the Powell River Association for Community Living in partnership with the local Chamber of Commerce will host an employer breakfast to promote integrated job opportunities as a part of its commitment to 10x10.
Prince George
Accepted the Challenge at UBCM and is assigning staff to work towards its goal.
Vancouver
Assigned for action to the City Director of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program and the Human Resources Department.
