Costs and Equipment
Billings
The SD Learning Centre will bill users by invoice at the end of each month. A journal voucher may be prepared instead of an invoice if the room is booked by another Government of British Columbia ministry. Please contact the Learning Centre if you have any questions about billings.
Room Costs
Flipcharts are provided at no cost, and complimentary coffee and/or tea is available with room bookings.
Please note: There is NO charge for bookings by Ministry of Social Development.

Services
We request that users bring their own handouts, but we can provide copying services under special circumstances at a cost of $0.25 per copy. Also, the fax machine may be used under special circumstances. Charges for the usage will vary.
Cleanup
In an effort to keep the room rental fees low, users are expected to set up the room and clean up afterward. However, there will be an additional charge of $50 if the room is not cleaned after usage.
